French toque Dominique Ansel (former executive pastry chef at Daniel) launches his first solo venture. Do not pass without a flaky, caramelized DKA (a.k.a. the best pastry we’ve ever eaten). For breakfast, try the steamed egg and Gruyere brioche buns with La Colombe coffee. For lunch and dinner, a six-hour roast pork club does the trick.
