Rosemary's Enoteca & Trattoria
An airy West Village joint disguised as a greenhouse. Carlos Suarez (Bobo) named it for his mother and enlisted his cousin at Dekar Design to decorate. Chef Wade Moises (Eataly, Babbo) incorporates herbs and veggies grown on the roof into shared starter plates, fresh pastas, and crispy focacce. Though it’s not raised on the premises, the pork is worth trying as well. If you’re short on time, pop in for takeaway focacce, panini, and salads.
