When her sweet tooth got the best of her, Kristen Massad enlisted her sister and started Tart. The glass cases at the whimsical bakery burst with handmade goodness: cuppies, cookies, tartlettes, pies, and petit fours; brownies, cheesecake bites, truffles, and eclairs. Heaven help us! We’ll take the cannoli!
