The bilevel U City restaurant is an explosion of bright pinks, purples, greens, and lightboard menus. The guacamole, ceviche hiramasa (yellowtail, habanero orange sauce, sangrita sorbet, and mint), jicama ensalada (honeydew, orange, and pepita), and rabbit mole make us slobber. The bar stocks more than 60 tequilas.
