Sample a rotating variety of bivalves (classic Kumamotos and bluepoints, the lesser-known smoky/sweet Shibumi, and the briny Widow’s Hole) between sips of nigori (unfiltered), seasonal nama (draft), and or koshu (aged) sake. Sweeping tree branches arch over the winter garden’s glass ceiling.
