Account Executive, Los Angeles

Job Description/Responsibilities:

  • Advertising revenue development for Los Angeles based accounts including categories such as automotive, travel, beauty, packaged goods (non-entertainment).
  • Cultivate relationships with new and existing advertisers and agencies through regular meetings and entertaining.
  • Create advertising proposals, partnership programs, deliver to clients, and negotiate terms of program.
  • Work with our Sales Marketing team on big ideas and solutions for clients.
  • Participate in regular sales meetings and work closely with other departments including ad production team.
  • Participate in industry associations and trade groups.

Requirements and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree required.
  • Minimum of three years interactive advertising sales experience.
  • Working knowledge and participation in interactive marketplace.
  • This position is a home office based role.

Account Executive, NYC

  • Work with our Sales Marketing team on big ideas and solutions for clients.
  • Participate in regular sales meetings and work closely with other departments including ad production team.

Ad Traffic Coordinator

Job Description/Responsibilities:

  • Traffic and QA all advertising campaigns.
  • Coordinate the implementation and management of all advertising campaigns, working closely with technical, editorial, sales staff, and clients as needed.
  • Test all third party tags, rich media, and utilize HTML for more complex campaigns.
  • Maintain accurate advertising campaign files and client contact database.
  • Ensure ad materials are delivered and prepared in a timely and cost-effective manner.
  • Provide availability forecasting and analyze ongoing campaign performances to optimize performance as needed.
  • Provide excellent and prompt customer service to resolve any campaign issues.
  • Monitor campaigns to ensure contract compliance and resolve trafficking issues.
  • Provide accurate and timely reporting to sales staff and clients.

Requirements and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree and one year of work experience in advertising trafficking.
  • Must have knowledge of HTML. Familiarity with rich media and Flash a plus.
  • Ability to interact with all levels of management.
  • Good organizational skills and aptitude for details.
  • Exceptional interpersonal and verbal and written communications skills.
  • Flexibility and ability to effectively manage multiple tasks and competing job priorities in a dynamic and constantly evolving environment.
  • Knowledge of the production process preferred.
  • Experience with Internet ad trafficking, Dart for Publishers, and Salesforce.com a plus.
  • Experience with Photoshop or other photo editing software a plus.
