I’ve recently acquired a baby and I’m at a loss as to how to carry it around and still maintain use of my top two limbs.

I’ve tried front carriers and slings. But if I want to head out with my cell phone, wallet, and keys, I’m forced to take a bag (cumbersome), stuff it all in my pocket (unattractive), or hold things in my hands (which I’m trying to free up in the first place).
