Lucky Day

Clover New York Children's Clothing

in clover!

You didn’t believe in luck until you made the preschool lottery cut.

Since then you’ve been hoarding Mega Millions tickets and playing online poker during their naps.

One more way your life is charmed: Clover New York’s debut fall collection of modern clothes. The separates (for boys and girls ages 6 months to 6 years) are all about clean lines and messy play.

Stock up on simple dresses, blouses, pants, and pajamas, and get a pair of funky coveralls (based on traditional Dutch farming suits). Crafted from organic fabrics and toxin-free dyes, the garments feature traditional Indian block printing and metallic threads.

Plus, you can toss everything into the washer at the end of the day.

Just your luck.

Available at Acorn, 323 Atlantic Avenue, between Hoyt and Smith Streets, Boerum Hill (718-522-3760 or acorntoyshop.com); Capucine, 20 Harrison Street, near Greenwich Street (212-219-4030 or capucineboutique.com); online at clovernewyork.com.

Its great to see clothes that are throw backs to older styles. Add to that wash and wear and its every parents dream. We have been into retro type clothing for our three. Its fun to dress up toddlers in ways that remind us of the past
