Baby Baryshnikov has been dropping some (not so) subtle hints about her upcoming birthday. She wants to be dressed to the nines, she wants to perform a recital, and she wants lots of admirers in attendance.

Prep her for pirouettes with help from Everett-based Tiptoeing Tutus.

Designed by local sisters who began by making the girly frocks for their close-in-age babes, the tutus come in a variety of colors and sizes, and can be customized for any occasion — including, say, a ballet-themed party.

Your bitty ballerina and her mini company will be dancing on the ceiling.
