If idle hands are the devil’s workshop and holiday hoopla has your hands submerged in the belly of a bird, the question begs — who’s watching junior’s?
Known for planning Atlanta’s most spectacular soirees, Jennifer Shields, chief party visionary at Posh Tot Events, has some ideas to keep the little ones occupied so you can enjoy the bash.
Engage
Organize a kid pit equipped with craft supplies; designate a chaperone to monitor the madness.
Entice
Set a foundling-friendly table to encourage them to sit down and eat. Use coordinating paper or plastic that jibes with overall decor. Serve moppet menu faves — including ample sweet treats.
Entertain
Go the extra mile and hire an entertainer. Face painting, balloon art, and games occupy offspring.
Then rest easy knowing your little gobblers are merry — minus the mischief.
