It's My Pony Party

After last year’s birthday party, your house looked like a barn.

This year, farm it out to It’s My Pony Party. Rent one (or a few) of the ponies for kid-friendly rides and photo ops. The ponies even come dressed in costumes of your choosing (wings, tiaras, sombreros).

No need to wait until spring to get in on the action — the whole cavalry is trained to be inside.

What: In conjunction with the Dialogues with Darwin exhibition, curious kids (ages 5 and up) can check out a worm farm, make crafts, and learn about wrigglers.

What: Listen to up-and-comers perform alongside Elizabeth Pitcairn and her centuries-old red violin.
Why: It’s instrumental.

MAKE
Persian Tile Mosaics
What: Spend an afternoon creating a tiny masterpiece out of everyday materials.
Why: World piece.
When: Tues., 4 p.m.
