Tea for Tots
Afterschool Gingerbread Tea

You’ve decked your kids’ halls and jingled enough of their bells already.
Time for a breather: Afterschool Gingerbread Tea at The Boston Park Plaza Hotel.
Children are encouraged to bring a new, unwrapped toy for Horizons for Homeless Children (a local organization committed to improving the lives of homeless kids and their families) before
sampling tea cakes and crumpets.
They’ll get a special gingerbread man cookie to take home as a thank-you. As for you, there’s no better reward than raising a future philanthropist.
Though an extra crumpet won’t hurt.
Afterschool Gingerbread Tea, through December 31, Monday-Friday, 3-5 p.m., at Swans Cafe, The Boston Park Plaza Hotel, 50 Park Plaza, Back Bay (617-426-2000 or bostonparkplaza.com). Reservations required.
