DIY Cold and Flu Chest Rub

Your kid catching a cold ranks right up there with sitting naked on a cactus.

So it’s soothing to know that the Merz Apothecary pharmacists have created an all-natural chest rub recipe for ailing kids.

Take four ounces of jojoba oil and stir in fifteen to twenty drops lavender oil, 30-35 drops eucalyptus oil, and eight to ten drops wintergreen oil. Shake well in a closed container and warm the whole thing by running it under hot water. Just make sure to test on your own skin prior to use.

Next time the babies catch a bug, simply rub it on their necks and chests.

And that should take the sting out.
