Which came first: the chicken or the egg?
Smart money is on Eggy, the new brick-and-mortar shop birthed after the online boutique.
The sunny space is stocked with modern classics for little sophisticates. Shop owner and mom Jenny An has a sharp eye for quality fabrics, good design, and muted hues kicked up by bursts of color. Small fry look dapper even as they tumble in organic cotton sweats by Go Gently Baby. Ragamuffins clean up nicely in chic pieces from Kicokids.
To celebrate her opening, An’s offering 40 percent off select styles through Wednesday. Plus, mention DailyCandy and get 25 percent off full-priced merchandise through March.
As if you need egging on.
Eggy, 8365 West Third Street, between Sweetzer and Orlando Avenues, West Hollywood (323-658-8882 or shopeggy.com).

Eggy Shop is a breath of fresh air in a market saturated with cookie cutter clothes made for kids. An's eye for fashion and attention to quality is the essence and secret behind the success Eggy has achieved and deserves. Don't take my word for it, the front display speaks for itself.
