Peas and Thank You

Blue Plate Baby Food Recipe

blue plate special!

At family-friendly Blue Plate restaurant in Santa Monica, there’s always a special baby food du jour. We got chef Violet Robles to share one of our favorite recipes. (Grown-ups love the puree as a side dish.)

Wilted Leeks, Peas, and Feta

Ingredients
1 medium-size leek, washed and chopped (white part only)

1 c. fresh or frozen peas
1 c. crumbled feta cheese (pasteurized)
