Sarah Lindsay Cake Decorating Classes

One way or another, they always end up having their cake and eating it, too. Might as well let your little gateaux lovers decorate their desserts while they’re at it.
Baker Sarah Lindsay shows kids 6 and up how with her whimsical cake decorating classes.
Think of it as a two-hour party. She’ll come to your home armed with 6-inch vanilla cakes and frosting for each student. (If you prefer, you can use her kitchen in Pacifica.)
Aspiring Betty Crockers learn basic piping techniques like Swiss dots and shell borders and create fondant cutouts (hearts, sea creatures, farm animals) using an assortment of cookie cutters.
As a final touch, kids take their masterpieces home in personalized pink bakery boxes.
The icing? Lindsay cleans everything up before she goes.
