Woolpets Kits

this little piggy!

Your daughter is the Michelangelo of mashed potatoes. All she needs is a fork (and for your phone to ring) and she’s got herself a masterpiece.

Table the manners discussion and get her a Woolpets kit instead. Using simple felting, kids transform tufts of New Zealand Corriedale wool into tiny bunnies, hummingbirds, hedgehogs, and more.

Local artist Laurie Sharp created the kits, which include tools and easy-to-follow instructions, so that even first-time felters can whip up a petite pet without any trouble. Although adult supervision is recommended for kiddies under 10.

Just like at your dinner table.

Available at Clover, 5335 Ballard Avenue NW (206-782-0715 or clovertoys.com); Stitches, 711 East Pike Street (206-709-0707 or stitchesseattle.com); online at woolpets.com. Map It
