Luckily you don’t have to add “spa,” now that Hela Spa welcomes bambinos to its new infant massage classes.

Relax in the serene Swedish spot and learn techniques to soothe and calm your little bundle. You’ll learn standard massage motions as well as elements of touch-play that purport to aid sleep, digestion, and general well-being.

Soft blankets, natural products, and skilled instructors make massage safe and sound, whether you have a 5-week-old who’ll lie still or a 10-month-old who’s on the move.

That way you don’t have to be.
