If there’s going to be murder on the dance floor this summer, you’ll need to steal some new moves to survive.
Take a lesson from Seen on Screen Fitness’s professionals, who have worked with countless pop stars. Dean Anthony Lee has worked with The Pussycat Dolls and Janet Jackson, performed with Take That and assists choreographer Brian Friedman on The X Factor. Abby Goodwin helped choreograph Kylie Minogue’s European tour. Nicole Bondzie toured with JLS, whilst Shaun has gyrated with Rihanna and Nicole Scherzinger.
Guest instructors (including Lady Gaga favourite James Collins) join the roster from time to time. All are available to teach impressive steps at locations in Covent Garden, Shoreditch and Notting Hill. Sign up for a one-on-one training session, join a workshop or go with a group (hen party alert).
Get ready to show off your killer moves.
