Forget mealtimes. You’re an all-day dining devotee.
Get thee to The Markham Inn, your new altar at which to worship.
Founded by dynamic duo Piers Adam and Nick House (Mahiki, Whisky Mist, The Punch Bowl), the restaurant and cafe is set to be Chelsea’s hippest hangout.
Chef Mark Blatchford, who launched Soho House New York a few years back, turns out breakfast, lunch, tea and dinner. Expect regular brasserie fodder done well: Dorset crab on toast, Iberico bellota ham, shellfish risotto and traditional Sunday roasts — all followed by damson and apple pie or a whopping Knickerbocker Glory for pudding. The kids’ menu proves this is a proper family establishment, and dogs are welcome, too.
To abstain would be sacrilege.
