Moving forward, let’s push the envelope to touch base on the 30,000-foot view when it comes to the lowest hanging fruit on this project.
On second thought, let’s put that on the back burner and head down to The Borough Barista, a new independent coffeehouse in Marylebone that’s an escape from the corporate grind.
Run by highly caffeinated duo David Adams and Tim Bloxsome, the cosy space has a modern farmhouse kitchen feel and taps local resources for its beans (sourced from East London’s Union Hand-Roasted Coffee) and selection of sandwiches, brownies, muffins, quiches and tarts (freshly made by The Artisan Bakery). Coming soon, coffee tastings and latte art classes (freestyle, not with a stencil) in the downstairs seating area.
Oh, and a double shot is standard for every espresso drink. So expect a really good buzz.
It’s a win-win solution.
