Anabel Campbell Jewellery Goes Native

Broaden Your Fashion Horizons

When you go on holiday, you like to return with a tan and holiday snaps to make your Facebook friends jealous.

Luckily, some people are a little more generous with their holiday spoils.

Take Anabel Campbell, a Wimbledon School of Art graduate who turns her far-flung vacation experiences into beautiful jewellery. Her Navajo collection consists of woven, galvanised bead cuffs and necklaces that borrow the bold colours and patterns of the Native American tribe (as seen above). Go for a glimmering silver and bright cyan cuff with black rhodium chain or choose a dramatic gold fringe necklace to highlight bronzed skin.

Japanese kimono textiles inspired a separate line of ornate floral rings crafted from sterling silver and 24-karat gold. Campbell scoured books and museums to do her research, because she hasn’t travelled to Japan quite yet.

We can’t wait to see what she brings back when she does.

Available online at wolfandbadger.com, myflashtrash.com or boticca.com, £105-£320.
