For most people the office Christmas party is a debacle they try to forget. (Whose idea was the blow-up doll?)

Then again, some are still trying to remember. (Yes, you actually said that to your boss. And, no, he didn’t think it was funny.)

For Jill Frechtman, though, the holiday hoo-ha was a chance to showcase her gourmet pretzels. Her boss thought them so superb that he urged her to quit the ad game and pursue her twisted passion.
