Phi Clothing

In ancient Greek, the word phi means perception, intuition, renewal and reform.
In modern English? It means clothes — really pretty ones that you can wear to everything.
Since its inception two years ago, New York label Phi has gained an impressive following, thanks to creative director Andreas Melbostad, who’s worked with Donna, Calvin, Nicole and Albert. His latest offering is a range of sexy, Marc Jacobs-esque floral-printed frocks, slouchy knits and low-slung trousers in lemon, raspberry, teal and green.
The team at Phi clearly know what a girl wants: one simple, well-cut dress that will do for everything from lunch on the beach to a full-on wedding — all in the same day, if required.
How very perceptive of them.
