Dish of the Day

Little Dish Ready-Cooked Meals

There once was a very small fish.
To build muscle was his only wish.
He ate spinach and found
He could lift twenty pounds,
And now all the girls think he’s a
dish.

You try to eat healthily. And if you have children, you make sure they follow suit. But when you’ve got a million things to do, it can be hard to track down pesticide/growth-hormone/chemical-free grub every day of the week. Let alone cook it.

The Little Dish range takes the hard work out of kiddie cuisine with such sophisticated, ready-made offerings as fish pie; mild chicken Korma; and pasta with cheese, peas and broccoli trees. The one-dish meals (so delish we think grown-ups will like them, too) are 100 percent natural, with no additives, no preservatives or added sugar and salt, which means they are a) good for you and b) very tasty.

They’ll delight even the pickiest eater — with their simple ingredients, of course, but also the charming illustrations and rhymes on each packet.

They’ll brighten up tea time and probably suppertime, too.

No matter how much of a kid you are.
