Ms. Richards’s homemade creations come in such riveting flavours as horseradish, lemongrass, miso and Hokey Pokey (vanilla with honeycomb) ice cream. And then there are sorbets: choose from deconstructed pesto (that’s garlic and basil) with pine nut and Parmesan brittle, tomato and basil, gin and tonic or beetroot and cassis.

It’s a must-try culinary experience that’ll knock the socks off anything you’d find in a plastic wrapper.
