Her homemade sponges (chocolate and vanilla are favourites) come with rich buttercream icing dyed with natural food colouring. All orders are bespoke; simply call Chew to discuss what you need — be it a flat or 3-D Jaws replica, a fancy fairy or a full-on sports car — and the cake will be delivered to your home or office (within Central London).

Which means you can be the hostess with the mostest — without egg on your face.
