Lisa Stickley Shop Opens

Paying/packing/queuing for a long-haul destination? You must be joking. This month you’re staying put.
So make home sweet home a little sweeter.
Lisa Stickley, one of Britain’s favourite textile designers (graduated Royal College of Art 2002, followed by tableware work for Burberry and Harrods), has opened her first shop in a charming Victorian house in Clapham. This cosy nook sells all things for the home and, boy, are they sweet.
Stickley’s own collections include Shortbread (floral tablecloths, napkins and plate mats), Tea Time (linen and aprons printed with old-fashioned plates) and Mushy Peas (fine bone china for refined brats). Grampy’s Armchair wash bags, shoe bags and make-up pouches, meanwhile, come printed with flying ducks and flamingos.
All are shown alongside cabinets, chairs and other one-off curiosities, and a bespoke print service is also available.
Want a nicer nest?
This one’s a great spot to home in on.
