Forever dashing about?
Then what better to suit you than Dashing Tweeds — bold, futuristic and thoroughly British yarns for the 21st century, designed by fashion photographer Guy Hills (you may have seen this eccentric dandy cycling about in multicoloured socks and tweed breeches) and Kirsty McDougall, revered RCA weaving scholar.
The result: vibrant checks in colours like wet pavement (indigo) and tarmac (charcoal) with ‘red route’ or ‘yellow line’ pinstripes, as well as the genius Lumatwill, a tweed woven with reflective thread — ideal for style-conscious cyclists.
Though they currently produce only fabric, they’ll gladly recommend tailors who’ll make it up in any style suit, cap, tie or shoe for ladies or gents.
Dashing?
It’s positively racy.
