At Whisky Mist at Zeta, the much-awaited new bar and club from Nick House and Piers Adams, maturity and sophistication are prerequisites. The joint, which opens inside the Hilton’s Zeta bar today, offers a selection of the finest (read: oldest) whisky, alongside vintage wine, champagne and spirits.

Don’t want to retire at closing time? Look to the after-hours menu for ‘late-night alternatives’ (or concierge-style extras, if you will): a suite in the Hilton to carry on partying, a private jet to take you to breakfast in Paris, or a personal shopping spree at Chanel.
