L’Atelier des Chefs Cookery School Opens

You’ve spent many a joyless evening opposite the cheesy sleaze, the serial spitter or the eternal dullard.

Ever wanted to eat and run?

L’Atelier des Chefs — the new French cookery school that opens today — offers the chance to do just that. Try Cook, Eat and Run, a half-hour lunchtime class in which you’ll learn how to make a simple and delicious one-course meal. You’ll have time to sit down and eat the fruits of your labour with fellow classmates (or not, if you find them a hideous bunch) before racing back to work. Longer workshops are also on offer.

After a session or two with these chefs, you’ll be ready to throw your own dinner party, but be careful whom you invite.

Could be a recipe for disaster.
