21 — the new extension of private members’ club Home House opening today — is your chance to move into the 21st century. Acclaimed architect Zaha Hadid has created a minimalist interior for this modern expansion inside an adjoining classical 18th-century Georgian townhouse.

The additional space — sadly open to members only — includes a futuristic bar (it looks fit for space travel) and several drawing rooms, where traditional features are complimented by contemporary furniture. There’s also a renovated gym and health spa (led by facial guru Anastasia Achilleos), sauna, yoga and Pilates studio, plus a couple of new boutique rooms that can be turned into a two-bedroom apartment.

It’s worth homing in on.
