I’m a subscriber to a submarine website. I received a note today from an old veteran who’s looking for a lady he met in 1941. He met her in the MAGESTIC MALTE SHOPPE in San Diego. All he knows was that her name was Dot or Doris.

Would you have any information, archives from that many years ago, or stories that we can check out to see if we can find this lady for this veteran?

While we’re matchmaking, does anyone know what happened to that quiet, dark-haired kid from nursery who used to share his ice cream and let us copy his drawings?
