Viola Fashion and Lifestyle Boutique Opens

You’re single, hardworking and celebrated July Fourth with a bisexual Texan firecracker you picked up in a bar.

As an independent woman, you should know about Viola — Sara Lauchlan’s new fashion and lifestyle boutique, which opened quietly last month.

The ex-buyer for Paul & Joe and The Cross has filled her beautiful Bayswater store with a colourful mix of indie labels such as Ambali, Betty B and Yong, as well as witty books, cushions, candles, art and anything else that catches her eye.

Unlike other boutiques, Viola isn’t stocked according to seasons. Instead, Lauchlan adds new pieces as and when she likes — so regular visits are always interesting.
