Chicken Kiev. Peperami. Frosties.
We tend to keep our guilty pleasures to ourselves.
Not anymore. With today’s opening of Pizza East, near Shoreditch House, we’re ordering our ten-inch pizzas with pride. (What else would you expect from the Soho House group?)
The cool industrial interior is filled with green and orange seating and steel refectory tables. But the news is the pie toppings, which range from traditional tomato, buffalo mozzarella, basil and olive oil to brag-about-your-order prawn, tomato, garlic, spring onion, marjoram and chilli.
From Thursday to Saturday, a DJ will man the decks.
Partying at a pizzeria? Don’t scoff.
There’s nothing cheesy about it.
