Last time you went to Amsterdam, you focused on finding the strongest and cheapest pot on offer.

And that’s about all you remember of that trip.

Budding entrepreneur Ben Bailey zeroed in on something more constructive during his visit to the city that’s also famous for its coffee shops. The 26-year-old founder of Curious Chocolate smoked out a vintage letterpress and returned home to Herefordshire high on the idea of infusing something whimsical into the packaging of his new artisan chocolate.

Among the diet-be-damned delicacies: Grateful (dark chocolate with candied orange peel), Curious Olives (scorched almonds double dipped in chocolate) and sea-salted caramel truffles (need we say more?). If this isn’t enough to give you a buzz, Bailey further ups the feel-good factor by using recycled glass jars, boxes and labels.
