Take your aggression out at Epic — the new kickboxing fitness gym launched by Dominique Day, founder of Beautcamp Pilates. The penthouse space is bright and airy with views across West London.

On the schedule is Boxfit, a new style of high-intensity interval training that combines martial arts and Western-style kickboxing using punching bags, boxing gloves, pads, kettlebells and Swiss balls. The gym also offers regular kickboxing classes for those wanting to learn or improve their technique. Funky house music keeps you motivated.

Need to blow off steam? Join an open session to use the boxing ring and equipment on your own.

You’ll need to pay extra to become a member.

But it’s still cheaper than getting fired.
