The offerings are more than sweet at The Lollipop Shoppe: they’re also useful, comfortable, and long lasting.

The warehouse-like space, located in Old Spitalfields Market, is filled with contemporary furniture and home accessories from established and emerging designers. A danger zone for design junkies, the emporium spans two floors and showcases a range of delightful pieces that will make your house a home — from a cheeky bricks-and-mortar armchair to a brightly hued geometric sculpture.

Owners Marco and Siobhan di Rienzo first set up shop three years ago in Brighton. Their vision has always been the same: combining stalwart favourites like Eames and Marimekko with under-the-radar names like Scandinavian Muuto and Alvar Aalto. Each piece is carefully selected and thought out. They’re not catering to ordinary suckers.
