During the 30-minute service, a pain-free, infrared-type light simulates the heat of the sun without harmful UV rays. Not only does the process kill the bacteria that lead to spots and acne, it also brings blood to the skin’s surface, so you look wonderfully radiant.

Located in a Georgian townhouse in Kensington, the discreet beauty-clinic-cum-spa — run by aesthetician Tariq Karim and a small team of cosmeticians and cosmetic surgeons — also offers holistic beauty treatments (including sugar cane peels), high-tech procedures such as microdermabrasion and weekly yoga and breathing classes.
