Make no scones about it, husband-and-wife team Sandy Garrick and Ron Miller know how to dazzle your court: Whether the fete is for twenty or 200, they kit out your space with their collection of antique bone china, Victorian-era silver stands, and 1950s floral tablecloths.

Earl Grey flows like the Thames during a five-course meal of passed apps (asparagus en croute, mini shepherd’s pie), tea sandwiches, scones, pastries, and English toffee. Everything is homemade (she cooks; he bakes), from the Devon cream to the pastel fairy cakes.

Book the duo before their summer availability disappears. Otherwise, you may be royally upset.
