Setting
A 10,000-square-foot resto housed inside a refurbished Vaudville theater. The decor is equal parts industrial cool (warehouse windows, exposed steel beams) and ’70s kitch (orange tufted barstools, vintage beer signs). In the back room, a large fireplace framed by trees creates a cozy, indoor biergarten vibe.

Owner: Tony Yanow, a likeable fellow with a taste for quality suds.
Executive Chefs: Randal St. Clair and Sara Pelle. 

Summary
Seasonal pub fare meets a rotating tap of 70-plus craft brews; an epic love affair ensues. Organic thin-crust pizzas (Hawaiian pineapple and pork loin, Serrano ham and goat cheese) duke it out with vegan (tempura squash drizzled with yuzu ponzu) and carnivorous dishes (pork/duck burger). Bartenders commune with spirits to conjure creative libations like absinthe spritzers with licorice straws.
