The monthlong, biweekly regimen is a crash course in getting your butt in gear.
Here’s how it works: On day one, take a test to assess your physical fitness. Spend the rest of the month working to beat that score with a high-impact combo of sit-ups, squats, running drills, team relays, and more.
You’ll also keep a food journal, which midway through the course Stone assesses and makes diet recommendations.
She and her team are on call 24/7 for pep talks and email affirmations.
