It’s a familiar plot.
Girl buys bag. Girl dumps entire life into bag. Girl can’t find keys while sifting through it, gets frustrated, and retires bag to back of closet.
Create a happier ending with Uniforma, a new line of art school-inspired leather accessories from designer Kelly Lynn Jones.
The California College of the Arts alum worked in collaboration with a pal at Los Angeles Leathercraft to create a collection that’s both simple (three pieces, each available in Crayola-bright hues) and smart. Jones personally examined a huge assortment of leathers before settling on a supple lambskin imported from Italy.
Sling on a cucumber-colored camera strap to inspire impromptu smiles, or marvel at the pocket wallet’s mold-to-body abilities. The art pouch keeps you organized with more pockets than a Trapper Keeper.
There are already plans for expansion with the introduction of a larger structured tote in early 2013.
What a novel idea.
Available at uniformacollection.com, $80-$190.
