According to the Chinese zodiac, 2013 is the Year of the Snake.
We’re going to assume it meant snack.
That way we’ll have an excuse to stock up on Heather Taylor Home, the debut collection of elegant yet everyday table linens by the L.A. in Bloom blogger/Taylor De Cordoba gallerist.
Inspired by Taylor’s frequent trips abroad, the embroidered textiles take their style cues from far-flung locales like Greece and Mexico.
Made from 100 percent linen, the table runners, cocktail and dinner napkins, and place mats are marked with exotic designs like the Mexican God’s eye and Indian floral patterns.
For spring, Taylor pays homage to Santa Fe’s rustic chic allure.
Bath and hand towels are in the works, too.
That’s news that really makes our tail rattle.
