Do you have spaghetti Bolognese? Go fish.
How about chicken tenders? Go fish.
Portuguese mussels with linguica chickpeas? Try Littlefork.
Named after the tiny utensil used for shellfish, the new Hollywood restaurant from the dudes behind Sunny Spot and A-Frame (Sean Knibb, David Reiss) heeds the motion of the ocean with a seafood-centric menu sure to float your boat.
Chef Jason Travi (Fraiche, Spago) blends the flavors of Boston and Montreal into inspired dishes (crispy oyster sliders, salmon and leek fritters, sturgeon with johnnycakes). Landlubbers get some love courtesy of a stand-alone smoker that yields carnivorous fare like ham, served with whiskey apple compote, and brisket that’s paired with triple mustard.
And set sail for a pleasant buzz.
