Robertson. We’ve tried to get tired of it, but no dice.
Yes, it’s overrun with industry types, tourists, and compulsive shoppers. But you would be too if you featured L.A.’s best boutiques, restaurants, and now, thanks to Byron Williams, an amazing hair salon.
After working as a hairdresser at Prive for seven years, Byron decided it was time to ditch the big-salon atmosphere. The result? A 600-square-foot three-chair studio offering haircuts, styling, color, and makeup. With one-on-one VIP attention (tea and scones, anyone?) and privacy that rivals a diva’s dressing room, the Zen-like space features white walls and floors, white leather chairs, and silver serving trays. It sure beats getting checked out by a dozen wanna-be It girls with tinfoil on your head. And Byron has styled the tresses of Rene Russo, Sharon Stone, Salma Hayek, Kirsten Dunst, Jaime Pressly, and Robin Wright Penn. So we’d say you’re in good company. Afterward, you can spend a little time browsing on Robertson.
Seriously: It’s pointless to resist.
