Because we have four words for you brave souls, and you’re likely to hate us forever: Erin Zabel’s Cookie Casa.

Hers are no ordinary cookies. Flavors include chocolate chip, chocolate peanut-butter chip, chocolate fudge Oreo cookie bars, and pecan shortbread. They’re classics with a homemade twist (and, frankly, a little slice of heaven). After years in the same monotonous (dare we say cookie-cutter?) job, Zabel was inspired to reinvent indulgence. Thus was born the Bar Basket (a variety of delicious bars), Just the Cookies, Ma’am (a selection of Zabel’s faves), and the Chocoholic Enabler (which speaks for itself).

As for the Self-Starter … Like you really needed any help.
