Your So-Called Life

You’re no slouch. Your car is waxed, your drive is optimized, and your closet’s organized.

So why this feeling of unfulfilled potential?

You need a coach. Not the Chris Farley-living-in-a-van-down-by-the-river kind. We’re talking the leopard-skin-nails-and-a-gold-tooth-rock-chick kind. T.C. Conroy, life coach to the creative set, got her start in the ’80s as an unofficial “corporate coach” for rock bands, helping the likes of Depeche Mode and Peter Gabriel. She’s got a knack for aiding artistic types in L.A., but her clientele really runs the gamut. On a typical day she’ll work with a PR agent, a drummer, a film director, or a professional surfer. She helps freelancers develop daily structure, assistants get in touch with untapped potential, and she even talks rock bands back from the verge of breaking up (apparently now a kind of cottage industry).

So no matter what field you’re playing on, you know there’s someone rooting for you on the sideline.
