Me Talk Kitty Someday

Casitas Cat Hotel

When and where will the whole cat person–dog person feud end?

Must the hatred continue until tragedy strikes? Until we awake one morning to learn that Charlie Brown busted a cap in Cathy’s ass in a Vegas parking lot?

No. We can and will coexist peacefully. The first step: All dog lovers (or all animal lovers, for that matter) should pay a visit to the new Casitas Cat Hotel. An indoor-outdoor facility that houses more than 80 abandoned kitties, it’s a place to visit and get acquainted with the feline ilk. A recent acquisition of the Animal Kind Rescue organization, Casitas upholds the highest standards of animal health and socialization, and it’s desperate for volunteers to help groom, care for, and foster the cats. Not the type to get your hands dirty? (Perhaps you’re more of a people person.) Donations and sponsorships are accepted, too.

Of course, adoption is a posibility. After a visit or two, you may just find yourself wanting to take one home as a buddy for your canine companion. Oh, and don’t worry about their fighting like cats and dogs.

Leave that to the humans. Who do it so well.
