The other day someone called you a lush.
“You say that like it’s a bad thing,” you responded.
So you enjoy a little happy-hour merriment. Is that a crime? The girls of the newly opened LushSpa think not. Owners Gina Maddy (ex of Jimmy) Kimmel, Lynette (wife of Adam) Carolla, and Kim Sudhalter got kicked out of Burke Williams one too many times for giggling and decided to open a place of their own. Their big Studio City house is a spot where folks can relax, have fun, and, yes, even have a drink or two.
Upstairs, blissful treatment rooms provide the setting for facials, massages, and more. Downstairs, the charming Dr. Bruce Heischober (a regular stand-in for Loveline’s Dr. Drew) performs FotoFacials, thermage, and other services, while chattering away (he’s a talker, ladies). Try the signature Cocktail facial, which includes a thorough neck and hand massage, as well as your choice of music (none of that plinky-plinky new-age stuff). Or get the girls together on a Friday night for a Cosmopolitan facial (includes makeup application) or Alabama Slammer deep-tissue massage.
Just don’t forget to book yourself a Hangover Remedy (cooling face mask, soothing head and neck massage) for the next morning.
